“Excellent service! My truck had an issue on the way into work, thankfully Diverse was on the way there! Joe and Ariel were able to get me back on the road in under 2 hours! They were kind and helpful every step of the way. I work for a dealership full time and this level of attention and immediate action does not exist in many places, Diverse is a true gem in this industry! These folks TRULY care about their customers. What a positive and excellent experience we had. They took us in immediately and diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in no time, at an affordable price. They turned what could have been a terrible day into just a little delayed arrival at home. And as an added bonus when we got into the truck there was a bag of Halloween candy waiting for us to munch on - Yum! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic. Wish we could find a Comparable mechanic near our home in NJ. May be worth the two hour drive next time we need service!!!”

When I got there at the appointment time, they had everything set up already and I was out in minutes. The waiting area is nice, clean, spacious and smoke-free. Communication about the car status was via phone message and the invoice was attached. Nobody tried to call me and upsell me something - really appreciate that. “My first experience with Diverse Autoworks came after a car accident. The insurance company requested that I get an estimate on the repair through them. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. The car, sadly, ended up a total loss, but I started using them for routine work afterwards. They're timely, and it's reasonably easy to get an appointment for oil changes, etc. Their prices are very reasonable, and it's clear they're treating their customers in an honest way. Thumbs up.”
